These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Casa website and platform ("Service") operated by Casa ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Australia to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

4. AI-Powered Features
Casa uses artificial intelligence to assist with property management tasks. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content (including communications, documents, and recommendations) is provided as a tool to assist you and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all actions taken through the platform.
5. Property Management
Casa provides tools to assist with property management but does not act as a licensed real estate agent, property manager, or legal adviser. You remain responsible for compliance with all applicable tenancy laws, including the Residential Tenancies Act in your state or territory. Casa does not guarantee any particular outcome from the use of its tools.
6. Waitlist and Early Access
Joining our waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service or any particular pricing. We reserve the right to modify waitlist terms, pricing, and availability at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Casa and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Casa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casa and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to retrieve your data before deletion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any disputes arising from these Terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
