How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and we'll send a reset link to your email address.

How do I connect with my tenant or landlord?

Property owners can generate a connection code from the app and share it with their tenants. Tenants enter this code during setup to link their account to the property.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Subscription in the owner app and tap "Cancel Subscription". You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Casa uses bank-level encryption and is hosted on Australian servers. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
